For the first time, Open Barbers is actively recruiting for an exciting position in our very well established queer hairdressing salon.
We have been aware that we can’t meet the needs of our clients for a little while and the time has come for us to try to provide more haircuts so that booking in isn’t such an ordeal. The best way to do that (without overstretching our lovely stylists) is to add to our team!
We have recently changed the way we work with stylists, and all stylists are now paid employees and no longer freelancers and we hope this will make the position more appealing to the right person.
In line with our ethos, we actively welcome and encourage applicants from a range of backgrounds including LGBTIQ+ identified people, people with access needs and people of the global majority.
